I've worked alongside agency owners, producers, service leaders, account managers, implementation teams, and vendor partners to navigate growth, acquisitions, technology transitions, staffing challenges, and organizational change.

I believe operational challenges are rarely solved by adding more people, more meetings, or more technology.

Sustainable improvement comes from creating clarity around roles, accountability, workflows, leadership expectations, and decision-making.

Technology should support the operation—not become the operation.

Managers should be developed intentionally, not promoted and left to figure it out.

Service teams should spend less time processing transactions and more time delivering value to clients.

Growth should not create operational chaos.
